The article analyzes scientific research in the field of sports training and hygienic support of the training process in various types of adaptive sports; identifies and characterizes the features of conducting training sessions with athletes with hearing impairments; reveals the causes of hearing impairment; analyzes the consequences and impact of hearing impairment on other systems and functions of the athlete; identifies a number of specific tasks in sports training for people with deafness, aimed at developing perception and motor skills and ways to solve these tasks using a wide range of physical exercises; analyzes tests for assessing hearing and testing the vestibular apparatus of athletes with hearing impairments, testing key motor parameters (speed and accuracy of reproducing movements of a given amplitude, accuracy of target movement, accuracy of differentiation of muscle efforts (large and small), ability to form spatial-temporal connections, general coordination of movements); a certain sequence of formation of motor skills and abilities in athletes with hearing impairments is determined; the features of hygienic provision of the process of sports training of athletes with hearing impairments are characterized. This work also reveals the features of the process of physical education of deaf athletes, aimed at expanding the cognitive base (increasing the volume of concepts and ideas about the relationship between objects and phenomena); development of abstract-logical thinking (teaching to highlight essential features, form abstract concepts and establish generalized connections between knowledge through physical education). The necessity of integrating motor action training with cognitive processes is substantiated, with particular attention paid to methodological requirements for organizing training sessions, including the use of sign language, visual aids, ensuring optimal conditions for lip reading, and compliance with sanitary and hygienic standards when using hearing aids and cochlear implants.Downloads
