Due to the decline in health indicators of student youth, a modern person needs to lead a healthy lifestyle and be aware of personal responsibility in improving health. Student age is a period of great opportunities for developing a healthy lifestyle but also a time of significant health risks. The purpose of the study is to analyze students' attitudes toward a healthy lifestyle, their balance between study and rest, and their self-assessment of health status. The health of the younger generation is a key indicator of a state's well-being since youth forms its reproductive, intellectual, and cultural potential. Unfortunately, many young people do not implement a healthy lifestyle in everyday life. The study examined students' attitudes toward a healthy lifestyle, their management of health and regular exercise habits. The survey involved students of the Faculty of International Economics of ONEU aged around 19.5 years. Results showed that although students have a positive attitude toward a healthy lifestyle, there is a gap between their understanding and behavior—most neglect physical activity due to lack of time and motivation. Conclusion. Youth should be constantly motivated to improve their health, adopt a healthy lifestyle, and develop interest in physical culture and sports.Downloads
