Innovative techniques for the formation of professional competences of future music teachers in the process of studying music-theoretical disciplines

The purpose of the article is to research innovative technologies, methods, and teaching methods for the formation of professional competencies of the future music teacher during the study of music-theoretical disciplines. To achieve the set goal, a number of interconnected and complementary research methods were used, in particular, analysis, comparison, generalization, systematization of pedagogical scientific works scientists, related to the selected issues, in order to determine the essence of the concepts «professional competence of the future music teacher», «pedagogical mastery future music teacher», «music-theoretical training of future music teachers» and structural components of the professional competence of the future music teacher. The results of the study revealed that the structural components of the professional competence of the future music teacher include five components, each of which is characterized by certain indicators, namely: goal-motivational (value-motivational indicator), personal (communicative indicator, indicator of personally significant qualities), cognitive (content and ethnocultural indicators), activity (creative activity indicator and flexibility of response to educational changes), evaluation and generalization (reflexive and predictive indicator) components. The article analyzes innovative technologies, methods, techniques used in the process of training future teachers in classes on «History of Music», «Analysis of Musical Works», «Solfeggio», «Theory of Music», «Harmony». The conclusions concluded that music-theoretical training is an integral component of the formation of professional competences of future music teachers, as it ensures the development of their musical abilities, music-theoretical knowledge and related skills, as well as the ability to apply them in practice educational and musical-educational activities.
