Innovative Health Technologies in the System of Ergonomic Support for Human Life Activities

Global digitalization has induced an anthropocentric paradox: the modern ergonomic environment has transformed into a pathogenic factor that triggers cascade maladaptive reactions and the destruction of musculoskeletal biomechanical constants. Traditional passive ergonomics has exhausted its preventive potential, necessitating a conceptual shift toward innovative health technologies as immanent components of the life activity system. The aim of the article is to provide a theoretical and methodological substantiation and to develop a conceptual model for integrating innovative health technologies into the structure of human life activity as a dominant factor in the prevention and correction of the negative impacts of the ergonomic environment. Methods. A system-structural analysis was applied to decompose the functional nodes of ergonomic support; a comparative analysis of hypodynamia prevention strategies was conducted; and conceptual modeling was employed to design an active environment model. Through conceptual modeling, the architecture of an "active ergonomic space" based on the principle of dynamic homeostasis has been developed. The model synthesizes an intelligent-sensory monitoring loop, a technological modulator of proactive physical activity, and a biomechanical environmental adapter. It is demonstrated that the biogeometric posture profile serves as the target control parameter within this system, ensuring the integration of diagnostic and correctional levels. The study substantiates the application of conceptual modeling for determining correlations between ergonomic environmental parameters and the biogeometric posture profile as an integral indicator of an individual's functional state. A multi-level architecture of active ergonomic space has been developed, synthesizing intelligent-sensory monitoring, technological modulation of physical activity, biomechanical adaptation, and cognitive-behavioral self-reflection. A phased implementation model (from diagnosis to the control-and-evaluation stage) has been methodologically verified, ensuring the systematicity of correctional and preventive interventions.Downloads
