Abstract. The current stage of sport development is characterized by the intensification of the training process, as well as by the increase in the volume and intensity of physical loads, which raises the requirements for the functional state of athletes’ bodies and simultaneously increases the risk of musculoskeletal disorders. Under such conditions, the implementation of corrective and preventive technologies aimed at preserving athletes’ health, optimizing their morphofunctional state, and improving the effectiveness of the training process becomes especially relevant. Purpose of the study – to conduct a theoretical analysis of modern approaches to the application of corrective and preventive technologies in athletes’ training and to systematize them according to their content, orientation, and functional purpose. Research methods: analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, systematization, comparison, classification, and logical-theoretical analysis. Results. The study analyzed modern scientific approaches to the implementation of corrective and preventive technologies in sports training. It was established that their content is based on the use of stabilization, coordination, functional, and fitness-oriented exercises aimed at correcting postural disorders, restoring spatial body organization, preventing injuries, and increasing the functional stability of athletes’ bodies. The generalization of scientific sources made it possible to identify the main groups of technologies: technologies for correcting musculoskeletal disorders, technologies for the prevention of postural deviations, comprehensive corrective and preventive programs, health-preserving technologies, fitness-oriented technologies, and injury prevention technologies. It was substantiated that their implementation involves the use of modern training equipment, functional training tools, balance and proprioceptive exercises, postural control means, as well as modeling of motor regimes based on biomechanical analysis. Conclusions. The application of corrective and preventive technologies in athletes’ training contributes to the optimization of the biogeometric posture profile, improvement of training effectiveness, reduction of injury risk, and ensuring harmonious physical development. Their integration into the structure of long-term athletic training is considered a necessary condition for preserving athletes’ health and enhancing sports performance.Downloads
