Abstract

Abstract. The article is devoted to the problem of forming the readiness of future physical education teachers for animated sports activities as an important component of their professional competence in the conditions of modern pedagogical education. The purpose of the article is to determine the essence and role of animated sports activities in the system of modern physical education of students and health work with them, to characterize the readiness of future physical education teachers for these activities as an important component of their professional competence. The publication defines that the formation of professional readiness of future physical education teachers is one of the key problems in modern scientific literature, and the work of this teacher is significantly different from the activities of teachers of other educational subjects. This is due to the fact that physical culture is not only an educational discipline, but also an important component of the process of forming a healthy lifestyle of an individual, ensuring his physical and moral development. One of the promising means of improving the quality of the professional activity of a physical education teacher is animated sports activity, which today occupies an important place in the system of modern physical education and health work. This activity is a type of student activity that combines physical exercises, games and entertainment to improve the health of schoolchildren, organize leisure time and unite into a single team. The animated sports activity of schoolchildren implements the following important functions: compensatory, health-improving, stabilizing, educational, informational, improving, holistic, etc. The study also determined that the readiness of the future physical education teacher for animated sports activities is a personal formation of a specialist, which is a set of his professional knowledge, abilities and skills, individual qualities and ensures the success of this activity.
