Abstract. The article investigates didactic approaches to organizing the process of teaching physical culture and forming a sustainable motivation for sports among students of the specialty D3 "Management" in online learning. The relevance of the problem is due to the transformation of the educational process in higher education institutions, the increase in the share of distance formats and the decrease in the level of physical activity of student youth. The feasibility of combining competency-based, personally oriented, activity-based and health-preserving approaches in a digital educational environment is substantiated. The purpose of the study is to theoretically substantiate and determine effective didactic approaches to organizing online teaching of physical culture and forming the motivation of students of the specialty D3 "Management" to play sports. Research methods: analysis and generalization of scientific and pedagogical sources; modeling the structure of online classes; student questionnaires; pedagogical observation; comparative analysis of the results of educational activity. Results. The specifics of teaching physical education in an online format have been analyzed, and pedagogical conditions for increasing the motivation of student managers to regular physical activity have been determined. Attention has been focused on the use of interactive platforms, digital fitness trackers, video content, individual educational trajectories and gamification elements as tools to support educational activity. The structure of an online physical education class has been proposed, which involves a combination of a theoretical block (forming a culture of health and managing one’s own physical activity) and a practical component with elements of self-control. The pedagogical conditions for increasing the motivation of student managers to systematic physical education classes in a distance format have been determined. The effectiveness of using interactive platforms, video training, digital fitness trackers, gamification elements and individual educational trajectories has been proven. The structure of an online lesson has been developed, integrating a theoretical component (forming a culture of health, self-management skills of physical activity) and a practical block with elements of self-control and self-assessment. The results of the testing have established an increase in the level of internal motivation and responsibility of students for their own physical condition. It has been proven that the effectiveness of organizing distance learning in physical culture largely depends on the creation of a positive motivational environment, the development of self-discipline and students' awareness of the importance of physical activity for the professional activities of a future manager. Conclusions. The effectiveness of online teaching of physical culture is ensured by a systematic combination of modern didactic approaches, digital tools and motivational mechanisms. The formation of a conscious attitude to physical activity as a component of the professional competence of a future manager contributes to improving the quality of the educational process and the development of a culture of a healthy lifestyle.Downloads
