Abstract: The study characterizes a systemic approach to developing stress resistance in higher education students under conditions of contemporary social transformations and wartime challenges. A model is substantiated according to which the development of resistance is ensured through the interaction of internal personal resources, external environmental factors, and specific pedagogical conditions. The objective of the study is to theoretically substantiate pedagogical conditions as an independent and manageable factor that ensures the formation of knowledge and practical skills necessary for students to effectively cope with stress factrs and maintain psychological well-being. The research uses a system of complementary methods, including analysis and synthesis of scientific pedagogical and psychological literature, generalization of Ukrainian and international approaches to the study of stress resistance, and modeling of the structure of factors that determine the adaptive potential of student youth in crisis conditions. The findings demonstrate that distinguishing pedagogical conditions as an independent category makes it possible to consider the educational process as an active environment in which students purposefully acquire knowledge about stress mechanisms and the development of resistance. It is proven that the implementation of specific methods and resources contributes to the development of practical self-regulation skills and the activation of internal resources (constructive coping, cognitive flexibility, self-efficacy). Such an approach ensures the transformation of external support into a stable personal capacity for productive functioning under prolonged stress. Conclusions:. Pedagogical conditions function as a key mechanism for strengthening stress resistance, shifting from passive observation of students’ psychological states to the active formation of their instrumental readiness to face challenges. They integrate personal resources and environmental influences, fostering professional reflection and motivation to maintain mental health. The conditions created within the educational process facilitate the acquisition of effective coping strategies, supporting high academic performance and internal personal balance.Downloads
