Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of the article is to develop a pedagogical toolkit for the purposeful formation of the positive pole of the modality of the reputation of a teacher of a higher education institution in professional activity. The results of the analysis of literary sources made it possible to prove that the concept of "personal reputation" has long been considered in works on political science, law, psychology, sociology and other fields of science, but has not yet become the object of special research in pedagogy. In domestic pedagogical science, there are few developments in the study of the concepts of "reputation of a future teacher of a higher education institution" and "reputation of a higher education institution", while the importance of purposeful formation of the positive pole of the modality of the reputation of a teacher of a higher education institution is mentioned only involuntarily. There is no generally accepted structure of a person's reputation in the scientific literature, accordingly, none of the reputation structures considered in the article can be applied to a teacher of a higher education institution, that is, the structural components of the reputation of a teacher of a higher education institution required independent development. The author proposes to include motivational-reflective, modal-evaluative and activity-resultative as structural components of the reputation of a teacher of a higher education institution. The results of the article represent the developed pedagogical toolkit for the purposeful formation of a positive reputation of a teacher of a higher education institution. Conclusions. In order to achieve the set goal, the main principles of the formation of the phenomenon under study are outlined: the principle of acmeology, individualization, intensification, cultural-creative development, harmonization of the traditional and innovative. The reputation of a higher education institution teacher in professional activity is carried out in proactive, reactive and interactive forms. The leading methods of forming the studied phenomenon include the method of scenario analysis, reputational pseudo-informing and educational crowdsourcing.
