Abstract

Abstract. The article substantiates the theoretical and methodological foundations of personal training within the system of human health preservation. The current state of the problem of individualization of physical training under conditions of digitalization of the educational environment and the growing role of health-preserving technologies is analyzed. The main approaches to organizing a personalized training process are defined, including the principles of individualization, gradual progression, systematicity, adaptation, and load control. Key indicators for assessing physical condition are described, including the level of development of strength and speed-strength abilities, endurance indicators, heart rate, functional state of the cardiovascular system, as well as the volume and intensity of physical load. Research methods included analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical observation, physical fitness testing, as well as quantitative methods for assessing the functional state of the body and mathematical data processing (mean values, variance analysis, correlation analysis). A structural-logical model of personal training has been developed, which provides for the phased planning, implementation, and adjustment of individual physical training programs in accordance with the adaptive capabilities of the human body. Criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the personalized training process are substantiated, and approaches to monitoring and self-monitoring of physical condition during exercise are determined. The study found that the use of personal training contributes to improving physical fitness levels, enhancing the functional state of the body, optimizing physical loads, and reducing the risk of overtraining and injuries. The expediency of applying an individualized approach as an effective tool for forming health-preserving behavior and increasing motivation for regular physical activity has been demonstrated. The obtained results can be applied in the practice of physical education, fitness, and health-oriented training.
