Theoretical and Methodological Foundations and Practical Aspects of Restoring the Biogeometric Posture Profile in Middle-Aged Adults Based on a Differentiated Approach

Contemporary physical culture and sports rehabilitation increasingly emphasize personalized approaches based on differentiated physical loads and objective assessment of functional status. Within this context, correcting biomechanical posture deviations in women of the second period of adulthood becomes a critical issue, necessitating the development of effective fitness-oriented technologies.
The aim of this study is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological foundations and determine the practical aspects of restoring the biogeometric posture profile in middle-aged adults using a differentiated approach.
Methods. he study was based on a multi-faceted diagnosis of the morphofunctional status of women aged 36–40 years and an analysis of the effectiveness of rehabilitation programs (≥50 sessions at the MCC “Health Life”) through discrete pedagogical observation. Morphofunctional status was assessed via anthropometric screening and expert evaluation of the biogeometric posture profile using photogrammetry and AI-based deviation detection in the “APECS AI” environment. The cognitive-motivational component was studied through questionnaires and structured interviews, while hypothesis verification was performed using statistical data analysis. Theoretical methods (literature analysis and synthesis, comparative-theoretical approach, and systemic modeling) supported the development of a conceptual model for a differentiated approach to restoring the biogeometric posture profile.
Results. A comprehensive physical culture and sports rehabilitation technology was developed and implemented, based on the intellectualization of fitness tool selection for women in the second period of adulthood. The technological framework consists of a three-component structure, where the diagnostic-project block defines the intervention vector, and the control-correction block serves as a feedback mechanism. The procedural algorithm unfolds within an integrated rehabilitation continuum, ensuring a staged corrective impact.
A key operational mechanism is the use of quantitative parameters of the biogeometric posture profile obtained via high-tech screening. For the first time in this nosological group, SMART goal-setting algorithms were integrated within the ICF framework, shifting the focus toward achieving verified results in motor activity domains. This approach enables controlled restoration of biomechanical homeostasis while minimizing the risk of degenerative changes.
The polycomponent composition of fitness tools–from myofascial induction techniques to isometric tension in asanas–was substantiated, ensuring targeted influence on the body's kinematic chains.
Conclusions. The results of the formative experiment demonstrated the high effectiveness of the developed model, expressed in the optimization of morphofunctional status and reliable repositioning of trunk segments in women aged 36–40 years, overcoming the limitations of conventional physical culture and sports rehabilitation approaches.
