Abstract: The article addresses the pressing issue of modernizing the graphical training of future specialists in today's environment. The aim of the work is the theoretical substantiation and development of methodological foundations for integrating standards of interchangeability, standardization, and technical measurements into a modern engineering graphics course based on digital technologies. During the research, a set of methodological approaches was used, including: an analysis of the international ISO GPS (Geometrical Product Specifications) standards to define requirements for digital models; the systematic analysis method to establish interdisciplinary links; and the computer modeling method in CAD environments (SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor) to test MBD (Model-Based Definition) technologies. The main content of the research focuses on the transition from traditional 2D quality control to the use of intelligent 3D annotations known as PMI (Product Manufacturing Information). Algorithms for the automated application of tolerances and fits are considered, which allow for the minimization of subjective design errors and ensure unambiguous interpretation of metrological data. Particular attention is paid to a comparative analysis of the effectiveness of «manual» and digital annotation, demonstrating a significant reduction in design documentation development time and an increase in its overall quality. Based on the research results, conclusions were drawn that the implementation of digital transformation of standards in the educational process allows for the formation of a holistic understanding of the product life cycle among students – from a virtual idea to real metrological control in production. It is proved that the use of end-to-end digital technologies increases the level of professional competencies of graduates, adapting them to work in high-tech enterprises that utilize PLM systems. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of implementing the proposed methodological recommendations into the curricula of Pedagogical universities to strengthen the interdisciplinary integration of general engineering disciplines.Downloads
