Practice and Oriented Training for Specialists in the Field of Quality Management Systems Audit

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to substantiate and develop approaches to organizing practical training in quality management system auditing based on practice and oriented learning. To achieve these goals, we substantiated a structural and functional model for organizing practical training in quality management system auditing. The insufficient practical focus of training future specialists in QMS auditing is manifested by the predominance of theoretical forms of training, the limited use of professional situation simulations, the fragmentation of practical tasks, and a weak connection with real production processes. Addressing this issue requires reorienting the educational process toward the implementation of interactive methods that simulate audits, case studies, and a systematic assessment of existing professional skills. This modernization of the educational process will ensure the appropriate level of readiness of future auditors for professional work in the context of modern requirements for quality management systems. The proposed structural and functional model for organizing practical training sessions on quality system audits based on a practice-oriented approach is a scientifically substantiated pedagogical system that ensures the holistic development of professional competencies in future auditors, as it combines the assimilation of regulatory requirements with the development of real professional actions. This model operates as a holistic system: the target block defines the expected result, the methodological block defines the principles and approaches to organizing training sessions, the content block defines the subject of the activity, the process and activity block implements active learning, the control and assessment block provides feedback, and the resulting block records the level of professional readiness. The content of practical training includes: analysis of standard requirements, development of an audit plan and program based on management system documents (procedures), preparation of survey (control) letters, interview simulations, analysis of production situations, preparation of reporting documentation, formulation of corrective actions, and holding meetings.
