To achieve the goal, such general scientific research methods as analysis, synthesis, comparison and generalization were used. The results determined that students’ knowledge of one or more foreign languages at such a level that allows them to speak, read and write is an important condition for successful multicultural education. It was found that multicultural education is aimed at the development of intercultural competence among students, education in them of a tolerant attitude towards representatives of different cultures and peoples, as well as at the development of skills of effective interaction with them. Important conditions for the implementation of multicultural education in institutions of higher education are ensuring the multicultural potential of individual educational disciplines, the formation of intercultural competences and intercultural tolerance of education seekers in extracurricular activities, the creation of a mobile model of a multicultural educational environment of an educational institution. In the conditions of a multicultural reality, an important aspect is the use of new intensive language learning technologies. EuroCom, as an effective technology for learning multiple languages, directly contributes to the creation of a multicultural educational environment. The use of EuroCom technology makes it possible to effectively teach foreign languages, taking into account the diversity of linguistic and cultural aspects, which corresponds to the principles of multicultural education. The introduction of innovative approaches to teaching foreign languages, such as the use of digital technologies, language immersion methods, and interactive methods, shows its effectiveness in improving the quality of education and training future specialists. Knowledge of foreign languages not only expands the possibilities of mutual understanding in the global world, but also contributes to cultural integration and enrichment of the personal development of each student of higher education. The conclusions indicate that the development of a multicultural educational environment is an important step on the way to the training of highly qualified and competent specialists who will be able to work effectively in the conditions of globalization.
