Abstract

The relevance of the study is determined by the high risk of destructive changes in postural biomechanics in women aged 22–25 due to hypodynamic factors and the development of functional asymmetries. Existing approaches are largely generalized and insufficiently personalized. Integrative application of Eastern wellness practices for correcting and stabilizing postural balance appears promising, necessitating the development of a structural-functional model for corrective and preventive exercises. The aim of the study was to theoretically substantiate and develop a structural-functional model of corrective and preventive exercises for women aged 22–25 with varying biogeometric posture profiles, based on the integration of Eastern wellness practices and the principles of a differentiated approach. Methods. The biogeometric posture profile of women aged 22–25 was assessed using the "APECS AI" software, evaluating angular and linear parameters, symmetry, and postural deformities, which served as a basis for posture type classification and individualization of corrective and preventive programs. Physical fitness was evaluated using three test exercises with clearly defined technical criteria, and data processing was conducted via a comprehensive statistical algorithm. The experimental sample consisted of 44 women (24 citizens of the People's Republic of China and 20 citizens of Ukraine), and all procedures were conducted in accordance with ethical standards and with the participants' written informed consent. Results. The conceptual model of corrective and preventive programs for women aged 22–25 integrates Eastern wellness practices with contemporary kinesiology, providing a synergistic effect on morphofunctional, psycho-emotional, and biomechanical determinants. The model is based on the integration of three levels: scientific-theoretical discourse, individual predictors, and biomechanical status, which allows the formation of personalized adaptive postural stereotypes and optimization of somato-functional condition. A corrective and preventive program was developed for women aged 22–25, combining Eastern wellness practices (yoga, Pilates, Qigong) with kinesiology methods to optimize morphofunctional status and stabilize postural patterns. The program is implemented according to a three-component model: diagnostic-analytical, adaptive-corrective, and verification-control stages, ensuring individualized load adjustment and gradual adaptation. Effectiveness is assessed through postural goniometry and physical fitness levels, allowing comprehensive integration of structural and functional changes and confirming the scientific validity of the program. Conclusions. A corrective and preventive program for women aged 22–25 has been developed and scientifically substantiated, incorporating Eastern wellness practices and kinesiology methods, providing a comprehensive impact on morphofunctional and psychophysiological status. The program is implemented according to a three-component model – diagnostic-analytical, adaptive-corrective, and verification-control stages – with a differentiated load dosage and stabilization of new motor stereotypes.
