Abstract

Modern scientific approaches to supporting the families of military personnel and, in particular, family members of combatants, emphasize the need to create specialized health and recreational communities. The special value of such organizations is the combination of physical activity with social support. Studies confirm that group physical exercises not only improve the psycho-emotional state, but also contribute to the formation of a sense of mutual support and community, improving the mental and physical state and quality of life. The article theoretically substantiates and develops a model for the formation of a health and recreational community of family members of combatants. The prerequisites, principles and stages of the formation of a specialized community as a promising direction of comprehensive support for a socially vulnerable group of the population are determined. The оbjective of the article is to substantiate and соnstruct a model for the formation of a health and recreational community for family members of combatants. The study used a set of methods: analysis of scientific and information sources, diagnostic and statistical methods, social modeling. The results of the study allowed to systematize the conceptual foundations and procedure for uniting into a community. A number of principles have been formed that serve as the basis of the model: the principle of voluntariness and safety, the principle of a holistic approach and individualization, the principle of systematicity and gradualness, the principle of partnership and social support, the principle of evidence and assessment of effectiveness. The model is structured in the form of stages: diagnostic-analytical, design-organizational, implementation-practical, evaluation-correction. Conclusions. The implementation of the model in a cyclical format gives grounds to consider the formation of a health and recreational community as a permanent and self-regulated process aimed at stable physical and psycho-emotional recovery, social integration, and improving the quality of life of family members of combatants.
