The purpose of the study is to provide theoretical substantiation and experimental verification of the effectiveness of individualized motor activity of students in special medical groups using modern dance programs. The study is aimed at improving the physical and functional state of students with health deviations through the implementation of differentiated physical loads. Methods. The study employed theoretical analysis of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical observation, testing of physical fitness indicators, and a pedagogical experiment. The participants were students assigned to special medical groups. The subjects were divided into control and experimental groups. The experimental group followed a program based on modern dance activities with consideration of individualized load parameters, while the control group participated in traditional physical education classes. The duration of the experiment was 10 weeks. The assessment was carried out using indicators of heart rate, endurance, flexibility, coordination, and subjective well-being. Results. The results of the study demonstrated that the use of individualized dance programs contributes to statistically significant improvement in the physical and functional state of students in special medical groups. Positive dynamics were observed in the indicators of the cardiovascular system, general endurance, coordination abilities, and flexibility. Individualization of motor activity ensured adequate dosing of physical loads in accordance with the functional capabilities of students, which contributed to increased motivation for physical activity and overall motor engagement. Conclusions. The obtained results confirm the effectiveness of individualized motor activity of students in special medical groups by means of modern dance programs. The proposed approach can be recommended for implementation in the process of physical education in higher education institutions in order to optimize the motor regime and improve students' health status.Downloads
