Abstract

In the current context of digital transformation and the formation of a knowledge economy, the need to modernize the training of specialists capable of operating effectively in a dynamic professional environment is becoming increasingly urgent. The purpose of the article is to substantiate theoretical and methodological approaches to the application of adaptive learning technologies in training specialists for the knowledge economy in Ukraine and to determine the conceptual, organizational and procedural aspects of their implementation. The methodological basis of the study is general scientific and special methods, in particular analysis and synthesis - to generalize scientific approaches, systematization - to determine the structural components of adaptive technologies, modeling - to form an idea of the impact of adaptive learning and justification of approaches to its implementation, as well as comparative analysis - to compare modern educational practices. As a result of the study, the essence of adaptive learning technologies as an integrative phenomenon was clarified and their key structural components that ensure the personalization of the educational process were identified. The impact of personalized practices on the development of specialists' competencies was characterized, and the relationship between adaptation mechanisms and educational outcomes was modeled. The conceptual, organizational and procedural principles of implementing flexible learning technologies in the higher education system of Ukraine are substantiated, taking into account the modern challenges of digitalization, labor market needs and global educational trends. Conclusions. The results obtained confirm the feasibility of integrating adaptive technologies to improve the quality of specialist training and develop their ability for continuous professional development. The practical value of the study lies in the potential to apply the proposed approaches and solutions to modernize the educational process and enhance its effectiveness. At the same time, the study's results can serve as a methodological basis for developing strategies for the digital transformation of higher education institutions. Further scientific research should be directed at empirically verifying the effectiveness of the proposed approaches and expanding the tools of adaptive learning in the context of integrating artificial intelligence technologies.
