Hybrid learning models on DigiUni platforms as a response to the challenges of Ukraine's integration into the European scientific and educational space

Modernization of higher education in Ukraine in the context of war risks, territorial relocation of participants in the educational process and digital transformation. The need to preserve the quality of education necessitates the implementation of educational organization models that combine flexibility, accessibility, inclusiveness and co-existence with the academic principles of the European Higher Education Area. The aim of the article is to explore the potential of hybrid educational models on the DigiUni platform as an instrument for adapting Ukrainian higher education to modern conditions and for integrating it into the European scientific and educational space. Methods. Analysis, synthesis, generalization, original approach and Structural-functional analysis for identifying possible educational uses of DigiUni platforms and their roles in hybrid and online learning environments. Results. It is established that DigiUni should be viewed not as a separate digital service, but as a complete digital education ecosystem that integrates synchronous and asynchronous learning formats, provides centralized access to courses and services, supports microlearning, fosters digital innovation, enables online analytics, delivers inclusive solutions and enables virtual mobility. It is shown that the functional components of DigiUni, including digital platforms, digital centers, digital courses, and mechanisms to ensure the quality of education, personalized learning, and inter-university interaction, provides the organizational basis for a sustainable hybrid learning model. It has been shown that the effectiveness of such a model is not achieved solely through the use of digital tools, but rather through the simultaneous integration of technological, pedagogical, and institutional components. It is clear that the use of the DigiUni platform expands access to education, supports inclusive learning, promotes academic mobility, and enhances the compatibility of Ukrainian higher education with European educational approaches. Conclusions. Hybrid learning models on the DigiUni platform are a promising approach to modernizing higher education in Ukraine, as they will ensure flexibility, sustainability, openness and structural harmonization with European standards for the organization of the educational process.
