Abstract

Due to changes in educational and social demands, traditional education needs to be modernized and strengthened through the introduction of new technologies and approaches that can meet modern requirements. The use of digital tools in education is becoming increasingly popular, as they help meet students' needs for a more interactive, engaging and meaningful learning experience. The article aimed to substantiate the mechanisms for adapting the higher education system to the requirements of the digital age and to analyze the main interactive approaches in learning. The research used general scientific methods, in particular analysis and synthesis, comparison and generalization. It was found that the current state of digitalization in higher education is characterized by the active implementation of information and communication technologies, e-learning, and blended learning formats. Digital tools ensure the availability of educational resources, the flexibility of the educational process, and the expansion of communication opportunities among participants in the training. At the same time, this process is accompanied by several challenges. Among them are the insufficient level of teachers' digital competence, limited resources and infrastructure, resistance to change and overload among teaching staff. In this context, interactive approaches allow for compensating for such challenges of digitalization as reduced motivation, information overload and formalization of learning. The article systematizes interactive approaches and the corresponding digital tools, relying on modern scientific approaches to digital pedagogy. It is determined that they are based on active participation in the educational process and on the use of digital technologies to increase learning efficiency. The main interactive approaches include problem-based learning, collaborative learning, case methods and project activities. Digital tools include learning management systems, mobile applications, online platforms, services for testing, visualization and collaboration. The potential of the digital educational environment in increasing the competitiveness of future specialists is revealed. In particular, digital and interactive technologies contribute to the formation of professional and supra-professional competencies, adaptability, the ability to engage in continuous learning, and effective activity in the digital economy. It is concluded that the adaptation of higher education to the digital era involves not only the introduction of technologies, but also a rethinking of the content, forms and methods of learning based on interactivity.
