Abstract

Modern conditions of rehabilitation of military personnel are characterized by prolonged limitation of motor activity, which is accompanied by the development of Hypokinesia and negatively affects the functional state of the body, adaptive capabilities, and physical performance. The consequences of combat injuries, wounds, surgical interventions, and prolonged immobilization necessitate the improvement of modern approaches to rehabilitation and recovery of military personnel. Objective of the study is to analyze modern scientific approaches to the problem of hypokinesia in military personnel during rehabilitation and to summarize data on modern means of its correction. Research methods: theoretical analysis, generalization and systematization of scientific-methodological and specialized literature data, comparison of scientific approaches. Research results. Prolonged limitation of motor activity in military personnel is accompanied by impaired functional state of the cardiovascular, respiratory, and muscular systems, decreased adaptive reserves of the body, reduced tolerance to physical loads, and lower physical performance. It has been established that the consequences of hypokinesia negatively affect the processes of readaptation and complicate the restoration of professional readiness of military personnel. It was found that modern approaches to overcoming the consequences of hypokinesia are based on the comprehensive use of physical therapy, occupational therapy, kinesitherapy, individualization of rehabilitation programs, and monitoring of the functional state of the body. It was determined that the effectiveness of the rehabilitation process largely depends on the gradual restoration of motor activity, the use of modern monitoring technologies, and a comprehensive approach to the readaptation of military personnel. Based on the analysis of literature sources, a model of modern approaches to overcoming the consequences of hypokinesia in military personnel during rehabilitation was developed, reflecting the relationship between the causes of hypokinesia, its manifestations, correction methods, and expected recovery outcomes. Conclusions. The problem of hypokinesia in military personnel during rehabilitation requires a comprehensive approach to its solution, taking into account the functional state of the body, the level of adaptive reserves, and the peculiarities of the recovery period. Modern rehabilitation programs should combine physical therapy, occupational therapy, monitoring of the functional state, and gradual readaptation, which will contribute to the restoration of physical performance, enhancement of adaptive capabilities of the body, and improvement of the quality of life of military personnel.
