Determination of the performance reliability of instrumental musicians: psychological and pedagogical aspect

Abstract

The article examines the psychological and pedagogical aspect of determining the performance reliability of instrumental musicians. The phenomenon is interpreted as a formed, rather than an innate, property of artists of concert and stage activity, which ensures the unmistakable reproduction of creative and performing abilities. The purpose of the article is to highlight the determinants of the performance reliability of instrumental musicians with the disclosure of the psychological and pedagogical management of the specifics of their influence on the specified phenomenon. The dependence of the functioning of the components of the structure of the performance reliability of instrumental musicians on the influence of a number of determinants has been clarified. The feasibility of combining them into three groups has been substantiated, where: the first group of determinants ensures that instrumental musicians achieve perfect preparation for concert and stage activities; the second group of determinants ensures the achievement of perfect self-regulation of the process of their musical and performing activities; the third group of determinants ensures the achievement of perfect noise immunity to excessive stressors that can create excessive emotional tension in any form of public reporting. The results of the article consist in describing the mechanisms of determining the performance reliability of instrumental musicians. Conclusions. The unerring reproduction of the creative and playing abilities of instrumental musicians is ensured by their formed performance reliability. It is advisable to combine the determinants of the performance reliability of instrumental musicians into three groups. It has been proven that the determinant of the performance reliability of instrumental musicians and the specifics of their influence on the specified phenomenon allows them to purposefully, rather than spontaneously, achieve error-free reproduction of performance and playing abilities in the process of preparing musical works for interpretation in conditions of concert and stage activity. Research methods are based on the application of theoretical generalization, analysis, and synthesis of scientific sources.
