Online Laboratory As An Innovative Form Of Professional Development Of Teachers

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to reveal the content and pedagogical potential of the online laboratory «Health Sectors: Create Your Formula» as an innovative form of professional development of teachers, aimed at forming ideas about health as a dynamic system of controllable factors. The research methods include the analysis of scientific sources, the generalization of modern approaches to the digital professional development of teachers, modeling of the educational process, online surveys using digital services, as well as quantitative and qualitative analysis of the results obtained. The article substantiates the feasibility of the transition from information to actively-interactive forms of professional development of teachers in the digital environment. It is determined that the online laboratory combines professional interaction, digital autonomy, practice-oriented tasks, operational feedback and reflection. The structure and content of the online laboratory «Health Sectors: Create Your Formula», which is based on a functional-dynamic approach to understanding health, is presented. The results of the online survey of teachers established the dominance of the behavioral model of health, focused on physical activity, nutrition and lifestyle, as well as the increasing role of psycho-emotional and social factors. Five key sectors of health are identified: living environment, rhythm of life, human choice, social energy, meaning and motivation. The author's formula for the index of professional endurance of a teacher is proposed as an integral indicator that reflects the ratio of resources, social support, semantic components of activity and the level of workload. Conclusions. The online laboratory is defined as an effective tool for the formation of professional competencies of teachers, which ensures the integration of knowledge and practical experience, the development of reflective thinking and a conscious attitude to one's own health.
