The Impact of Innovative Educational Technologies on the Effectiveness of Foreign Language Learning in Higher Education Institutions of Ukraine

Abstract

Innovative technologies in foreign language teaching can be a key factor in improving Ukraine’s educational systems. However, the introduction of these technologies requires analysis and overcoming numerous difficulties in practice, such as insufficient training of teaching staff, limited financial resources and lack of necessary equipment. The aim of the study is to investigate the impact of innovative educational technologies on the effectiveness of foreign language teaching in higher education institutions in Ukraine. To achieve this goal, the following methods were used: analysis, synthesis, observation and generalization. The results obtained indicate a positive impact of the use of innovative educational technologies on the quality of foreign language teaching. The transition to new teaching methods helps to increase students’ interest in learning a language, promotes their active involvement in the learning process and improves learning outcomes. In addition, innovative technologies make it possible to use class time more efficiently and reduce the amount of time spent on learning. Innovative technologies are becoming more and more popular in the educational process, but it is important to understand how they can be useful in learning foreign languages. This topic is important for the scientific field of pedagogy and for the practical sphere of language teaching, as it opens up new opportunities for improving the quality of education. The paper focuses on recommendations for the use of innovative technologies in foreign language teaching. The conclusionsstate that the introduction of innovative educational technologies in foreign language teaching is a promising area of education development that helps to improve the quality of education and the level of training of qualified specialists in the field of international communication.
