In modern scientific research, the issue of the influence of regular physical activity on the working capacity, health and quality of life of young students is gaining more and more attention. To achieve the goal of the presented scientific research, a complex of general scientific and special methods was used: theoretical (analysis of data from special scientific and methodological literature on the selected research topic); pedagogical (testing the functional state of the body), sociological (questionnaire) and mathematical (statistical). 120 people aged 18 to 22 years participated in the study. Results. The results of the survey show that only 38% of participants regularly pay attention to physical activity (three or more times a week).
