Abstract

The article examines theoretical and practical aspects of managing foreign language learning for specialists in technological and vocational education during online interaction in the virtual educational environment of the university. The purpose of the article is to develop and determine the conditions for implementing a model for effective management of foreign language learning during online interaction in the virtual educational environment of the university. Research methods: theoretical analysis of scientific sources, systematization, generalization, comparative analysis, modeling. The study analyzed modern approaches to organizing online foreign language learning in higher education institutions of Ukraine and the world. As a result of the research, the key components of the process of managing students' learning activities during online interaction were defined, a model of learning during online interaction in the virtual educational environment of the university was developed, and didactic principles, patterns and properties of managing foreign language learning were identified. It was found that the effectiveness of managing foreign language learning in the virtual educational environment directly depends on the level of use of modern educational technologies, the professional competence of the teacher and the organizational and methodological support of the educational process. The use of LMS platforms, in particular Moodle, as the main tool for organizing online learning was analyzed. Conclusions. The developed model for managing learning activities during online interaction in the virtual educational environment of the university is based on the synthesis of the general management theory and the psychological and pedagogical theory of learning activities. The implementation of subject-subject relations, the principle of dialogicity and coordination management technology significantly improves the coordination of the actions of the subjects of the pedagogical process and increases the effectiveness of foreign language learning. The proposed model can be used to improve the practice of teaching foreign languages in higher education institutions of Ukraine.
