Abstract

The article examines the theoretical and methodological principles of modeling the process of forming managerial skills of specialists in the organization of transport services. The research is based on the premise that managing the process of forming managerial skills of specialists in the organization of transport services is a complex pedagogical and organizational system. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to modernize the process of training specialists in the organization of transport services in the context of digital transformation and the growing demand for specialists in this field with established managerial competence. The purpose of the article is the theoretical and methodological justification and conceptual modeling of the process of forming management skills of future specialists in the organization of transport services; the possibilities of translating theoretical knowledge into stable, automated professional competencies (readiness for action) using modeling methods and modern digital tools. The study applied a complex of general scientific and special methods (analysis and synthesis, systems approach, modeling, structural-functional and comparative analysis), which provided a holistic justification and development of a structural-functional model of the formation of management skills of specialists in the organization of transport services. The need to update approaches to the professional training of future specialists in the organization of transport services in the process of organizing intensive practice in digital educational environments and a digital barrier-free space, which represent a safe analogue of a real workplace, is substantiated. The conclusions summarize that the developed structural and functional model of the formation of management skills of future specialists in the organization of transport services integrates content-process, axiological, and operational components on the principles of systematicity, interdisciplinarity, adaptability, and orientation to integrative learning strategies, which ensures the implementation of the system algorithm as a continuous cycle of knowledge transformation and contributes to changing the outdated learning paradigm.
