Abstract

The article comprehensively examines the problem of forming communicative competence of future doctors on the basis of interdisciplinary integration as one of the leading directions of modernization of modern medical education. It is substantiated that in the conditions of dynamic changes in the healthcare system, the growth of the role of a patient-oriented approach and the digitalization of medical practice, the ability of future specialists to effective professional communication becomes particularly relevant. It is emphasized that the communicative competence of a doctor is a complex integrative formation that combines knowledge, skills, abilities, values and personal qualities necessary for effective interaction with patients, their families, colleagues and representatives of other professional groups. The study emphasizes the importance of combining medical, socio-humanitarian and pedagogical knowledge, which ensures the integrity of the professional training of future doctors. It is proven that interdisciplinary integration contributes to the formation of clinical thinking, the development of empathy, tolerance, ethical responsibility and the ability to constructive dialogue. Particular attention is paid to the role of humanitarian disciplines (psychology, ethics, sociology, pedagogy) in the development of the communicative culture of the future doctor, as well as the formation of skills for educational activities aimed at increasing the level of medical awareness of the population.

It is determined that an interdisciplinary approach creates conditions for the integration of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, contributes to the formation of value orientations, professional identity and readiness for interprofessional interaction. The article focuses on the use of modern digital technologies (online platforms, simulation environments, telemedicine, interactive educational resources) as an effective tool for the integration of knowledge and the development of communicative skills. It is emphasized that digital learning tools expand the possibilities for modeling professional situations, forming skills for distance communication and independent learning.

The results of the study indicate that the introduction of interdisciplinary integration into the training of future doctors ensures an increase in the quality of the educational process, contributes to the formation of a competitive specialist capable of effective professional communication, critical thinking, ethical behavior and active educational activity in the conditions of the modern medical environment.
