The military sphere serves as the foundation of societal stability and security, which determines the strategic role of military education as an integral component of the national educational system. In the context of ongoing armed aggression and dynamic changes in the forms of warfare, the issue of modernizing the educational process and seeking innovative approaches to the training of specialists in higher military educational institutions becomes particularly relevant. The purpose of the article is to substantiate and identify priority ways of enhancing the effectiveness of seminar sessions in professionally oriented disciplines for seekers of education in Radio Engineering. To achieve the stated objective, a combination of theoretical methods (system analysis of scientific sources) and the experimental method was applied to verify the obtained data under real conditions of the educational process at a higher military educational institution. As a result of the study, the article analyzes problematic aspects of organizing and conducting seminar sessions in radio engineering disciplines. Proposals for optimizing the methodology of teaching professionally oriented subjects for students specializing in Radio Engineering have been formulated and substantiated. Conclusions. Despite the considerable didactic potential of seminars, their practical implementation reveals difficulties related to the insufficient level of independent comprehension of the material and the low research initiative of cadets. This necessitates scientific inquiry and the development of effective mechanisms to stimulate the heuristic activity of future officers, which represents a strategic direction for enhancing the overall effectiveness of the educational process in the context of military education. The article demonstrates that the need to solve specific engineering and technical tasks stimulates cadets to conduct an in-depth analysis of the learning material and to seek additional specialized information. An integrated model of organizing and conducting seminars is proposed, which combines the advantages of research-based and traditional methods, along with an assessment model that enhances objectivity and reliability and ensures transparency in evaluating the knowledge and skills of future military specialists.Downloads
