Abstract

The professional culture of managers in the field of education holds significant importance in the contemporary societal development, with innovation within its structure becoming particularly crucial. The implementation of innovations enhances the ability of educational institutions to compete in the educational services market and promotes their development. The purpose of this article is to analyze the scientific literature to define the essence and components of professional culture, as well as to determine the role of innovation in its structure. Research methods include theoretical analysis and synthesis of ideas, results, and theoretical positions presented in scientific-pedagogical literature; generalization and systematization of existing research results on the topic.

 Research results. The analysis of scientific works allowed us to define the concept of «professional culture»; it has been established that innovation is a key component of the professional culture of managers in the field of education, determining their ability to adapt to contemporary challenges and implement effective solutions; the innovative activities of managers encompass various aspects of managerial work and include several important functions and tasks aimed at improving the quality of education and the development of educational institutions; the need for the integration of knowledge from different fields to enhance the effectiveness of management processes has been identified.

Conclusions. A high level of professional culture among managers is a crucial condition for the successful functioning of educational institutions; innovation, as a component of professional culture, enables managers to effectively adapt to contemporary challenges and implement effective solutions; the implementation of innovative approaches and management practices enhances the competitiveness and quality of the educational process; the system of manager training should focus on developing the professional and personal qualities necessary for the implementation of innovations, ensuring sustainable development and adaptability of educational institutions in a dynamic environment.
