The relevance of the study is due to the growing requirements for the quality of training of athletes in classical powerlifting in the conditions of a constant increase in the level of competition at competitions, an increase in training loads and the improvement of sports training methods. Modern practice of training qualified athletes indicates that achieving high sports results depends not only on the level of development of strength qualities, but also on the degree of formation of technical skill, which ensures rational performance of exercises for competitions, economy of movements, stability of results and reduction of the risk of injuries. In this regard, the development and scientific substantiation of pedagogical conditions that contribute to the effective formation of technical skill of athletes at different stages of long-term training becomes particularly relevant. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the essence of pedagogical conditions for the formation of technical skill in classical powerlifting, determine their impact on the effectiveness of sports training and identify the most effective organizational and methodological approaches to improving the technique of performing exercises. The research methods are based on the application of theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific literature on the problems of sports pedagogy and the theory of sports training, comparative analysis of domestic and foreign studies, systemic and structural-functional approaches. As a result of the study, modern scientific approaches to the formation of technical skill in classical powerlifting were analyzed and their role as leading components of sports training was determined. It was established that the effectiveness of improving the squat, bench press and deadlift techniques is ensured through the comprehensive use of pedagogical tools aimed at the development of motor coordination and rational biomechanics of performing exercises. It was found that the integration of an individualized approach, systematic pedagogical control, and the use of special preparatory exercises allows significantly improving the quality of technical training of athletes. It is substantiated that important pedagogical conditions for the formation of technical skill are a rational combination of strength, technical and psychological training. The main problems of the modern training process are identified, including insufficient individualization of training, imbalance in the development of strength qualities and technical skills. The conclusions prove that the effectiveness of the formation of technical mastery in classical powerlifting is ensured by the systematic implementation of a set of pedagogical conditions based on the scientifically sound organization of the training process, individualization of training, the use of modern methodological technologies and constant pedagogical control of the quality of competitive exercises. The prospects for further research are related to the development of innovative models of the formation of technical mastery of athletes of various qualifications, the introduction of digital technologies for biomechanical analysis of exercise technique and experimental assessment of the effectiveness of modern pedagogical technologies in the system of training powerlifters.Downloads
