ON THE ISSUE OF COMPONENTS OF TRAINING FUTURE TEACHERS OF PHYSICAL CULTURE FOR SECTIONAL WORK ON SPORTS GAMES IN SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract

The article develops a concept for training future physical education teachers to organize sectional work on sports games in a comprehensive school. The content, procedural and methodological components of students' professional readiness for extracurricular activities are determined. Practical recommendations are also offered for implementing the developed provisions in the educational process of higher and postgraduate education institutions. The purpose of the study is to theoretically substantiate and determine the content, procedural and methodological components of training future physical education teachers to organize and conduct sectional work on sports games in general secondary education institutions. Research methods: to solve the tasks set, a complex of interrelated methods was used: theoretical (literature analysis, system-structural approach, classification and synthesis), empirical (pedagogical observation, generalization of experience, questionnaires, interviews and conversations), as well as methods of mathematical statistics and qualitative analysis for interpreting the data obtained. Main results. The study theoretically substantiated the content, procedural and methodological components of the training of future physical education teachers for the organization of sectional work on sports games at school. It was proven that the effectiveness of the formation of students' readiness is achieved through the integration of fundamental knowledge with practical modeling of the training process, taking into account the specifics of extracurricular activities. Applied recommendations were developed for the implementation of the proposed provisions in the educational process of higher and postgraduate education institutions. The scientific novelty of the results obtained lies in the fact that the set of content, procedural and methodological components of the professional training of future physical education teachers for the organization and management of sectional work on sports games in a comprehensive school was theoretically substantiated; the conceptual and categorical apparatus regarding the essence of the readiness of future teachers for extracurricular training activities, taking into account the specifics of sports games, was clarified; further development has received methodological approaches to designing the training process in school sports sections, which ensures the holistic integration of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of future specialists. The practical significance of the research results is that the developed provisions and methodological recommendations can be directly implemented in the educational process of higher education institutions to improve the training of students of pedagogical specialties. In addition, the proposed materials will help practical physical education teachers effectively organize extracurricular training work on sports games in secondary education institutions.
