Abstract

The article provides a theoretical substantiation of the principles for designing an educational and industrial environment for the professional training of specialists in sales of eco-friendly energy systems. The relevance of the research is determined by the accelerating energy transition, the digitalisation of sales and customer support, and the growing demand for interdisciplinary specialists who combine energy-technical, environmental, economic, communication and digital competencies. The educational and industrial environment is defined as an integrated, open and purposefully managed system of interaction among an educational institution, energy-sector enterprises, professional communities, digital platforms and learners, within which goals, content, technologies, resources and assessment procedures are coordinated. Based on systemic, competency-based, environmental, activity-oriented, andragogical and partnership approaches, a structural and functional model of the environment is proposed. It includes target, stakeholder-partnership, content-technological, digital-information, practice-production, and diagnostic-reflective components. The design principles comprise professional relevance, integration of learning contexts, modularity, personalisation, digital accessibility, environmental responsibility, continuous feedback and shared responsibility of partners. A step-by-step design algorithm is presented, including professional activity analysis, competency profiling, resource mapping, development of educational-production modules, organisation of workplace learning, digital support and quality monitoring. Criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the environment and indicators of learners’ professional readiness are substantiated. The practical value of the results lies in their applicability to the modernisation of curricula, the development of dual and short-cycle programmes, employer partnerships and digital educational-production platforms in the field of green energy.
