Abstract

The article carries out a comprehensive theoretical and methodological analysis and systematizes modern approaches to the modernization of the system for extracurricular work of college students in the context of global digitalization and transformation of educational standards. The relevance of the study stems from the need to overcome the contradictions between traditional methods of organizing extracurricular work and the requirements of a modern digital society. The author scientifically substantiates the conceptual paradigm of implementing digital tools and blended learning methodology as a strategic vector for improving the quality of educational services, which ensures intensive development of the professional profile of future specialists. Special attention is paid to the theoretical justification of the convergence of classical didactic forms with the latest digital ecosystems, cloud services and multimedia platforms. Within the framework of the scientific research, the key strategic directions for the digitalization of students' extracurricular activities are verified and detailed: the architectonics of the heterogeneous digital educational environment of an educational institution; implementation of complex models of project-digital activity; stimulation of professional networking through the development of professional online clusters; adaptation and flexible integration of blended learning elements into the independent study.

The paper develops and presents structural and functional models of organizing extracurricular work, based on the synergy of traditional pedagogy and innovative digital services (LMS platforms, interactive virtual boards, gamification tools). The potential of integrating formal and informal education is analyzed, which allows ensuring the consistency of the educational process and individualization of learning. It is empirically proven and theoretically confirmed that the systemic digital transformation of the extracurricular sphere directly correlates with an increase in the level of digital competence of students, intensifies their cognitive autonomy and stimulates the development of self-management skills. It is established that the implementation of the proposed innovative models creates an adaptive basis for the formation of professional mobility and competitiveness of future specialists in the dynamic conditions of the modern labor market, ensuring the transition from passive knowledge acquisition to an active subjective position in the educational process.
