The training of future teachers in professional colleges for integration in primary school

Abstract

The teacher of primary school must possess educational technologies that will ensure effective learning. One of the signs of modern educational transformations is the introduction of integration. Integration of educational subjects in primary school is an effective form of education for younger students. This must be taken into account when training future teachers for the primary level of education.

The article proposes organizational and pedagogical conditions for the effective training of professional junior bachelors for teaching integrated courses in elementary school: compliance with the principles of integrity and systematicity in the training of future teachers; application of an integrated approach in the educational process of the college; effective organization of practical training; use of innovative methods and technologies in the educational process; promoting the development of pedagogical competence of students; formation of professional self-awareness of future teachers; organization of support and mentoring of education seekers.

The author's vision of the implementation of these conditions in the educational process of the vocational college is described. During the research, methods of analysis, synthesis, generalization and comparison were used. Based on the results of a survey of primary school teachers and college teachers, it was determined which of the proposed organizational and pedagogical conditions are the most effective. This turned out to be intensive practical training in real conditions and the use of an integrated approach in the educational process of training future teachers. These conditions are recommended to be implemented in the educational process of colleges with pedagogical specialties.

The complex of organizational and pedagogical conditions is an important component of the model of training the future primary school teacher of professional pre-higher education institutions for the implementation of the main principles of the Concept of the New Ukrainian School.
