Creation of a favorable information environment for the training of future specialists in higher education

The article examines the problem of improving the educational process in a higher education institution, based on the creation of a favorable information environment for the training of future specialists and increasing their positive motivation to use information. The goal is to analyze the essential target and methodical aspects of the educational process of training future specialists, to determine the role of IT technologies in optimizing the educational process with the expansion of the list of methods for creating a favorable information environment for the training of future specialists in higher education, and to research and define one of the main conditions for its creation in combination of traditional forms of professional training in higher education institutions with innovative ones based on the application of components of the information and educational environment. The work uses such methods as analysis, synthesis, generalization. In the conditions of the development of the modern information society, the ability to effectively use the capabilities of IT technologies in the process of professional training become extremely relevant, when the presentation of data from multimedia educational tools, along with traditional texts and visualizations, change the means of presenting information in the didactic process. In the modern conditions of the information society, the very model of the educational process is gradually changing. In order to improve it to achieve new results, it is necessary to purposefully form and develop the information and educational environment. Thus, the creation of a favorable information environment for the training of future specialists in a higher education institution is the formation, together with the pedagogical system, of an individual who is able to create derived information with a high degree of information culture in the conditions of information interaction (communication, relations, cooperation). In this case, thanks to the combination of increasing the positive motivation of future specialists to master the mechanisms for creating, collecting, storing, processing and transmitting information, effective training is possible in the mode of mixed synchronous-asynchronous interaction, which involves, together with the network resource, the use of additional educational materials that provide possibility of flexible adaptation.
