The use of information technologies to increase the availability of knowledge in educational and professional programs

The article examines the use of information technologies to increase the availability of knowledge in educational and professional programs. The purpose of the study was to determine the role of information technologies in increasing the availability of educational resources, as well as identifying key challenges associated with their introduction into the educational process. In the course of the study,methods of systematic analysis of literary sources, comparative analysis of various educational platforms and technologies were applied. This made it possible to obtain a comprehensive picture of the state of implementation of information technologies in educational and professional programs, as well as to determine the main technical, pedagogical and organizational problems that arise along this path.The results of the study showed that the use of information technology contributes to a significant increase in the availability of knowledge, especially for students from remote regions and persons with physical disabilities. However, several important problems were identified, such as uneven access to technical means, lack of adequate training of teachers to work with new technologies, as well as problems with information security and data confidentiality. Considerable attention was also paid to the socio-psychological aspects of distance learning, in particular the problem of student isolation and lack of live communication, which can negatively affect their motivation and emotional state. The conclusions emphasize that information technologies have great potential for increasing the availability of knowledge and the quality of education, but their effective implementation requires careful planning, infrastructure development, teacher training and the development of new pedagogical approaches. It is also necessary to take into account the issues of information security and emotional support of students in order to ensure the full use of information technology opportunities in education.
