Abstract

The purpose of the article was to analyze the impact of digital technologies on the quality of higher education in Ukraine. The methods used to achieve the goal included the analysis of scientific literature related to the digitalization of higher education, the comparison method for studying the Ukrainian experience in the context of world practices, and generalization. The results of the study indicate that digital transformation in higher education involves the implementation of organizational changes with the help of digital technologies in order to increase the efficiency of the relevant institutions. The main advantages of digital transformation in higher education are the creation of favorable conditions for a number of key aspects, in particular, the stimulation of motivation for self-learning and self-development, the development of self-education skills, the formation of mobility and the ability to quickly adapt to changes, providing the opportunity to study in comfortable conditions. Digital technologies not only increase access to educational materials at any time and from any place, but also contribute to better assimilation of complex topics by students of higher education, increasing the effectiveness of the learning process. Digital technologies in higher education provide a large number of options for individualization of the educational process, including the pace of mastering the material, the level of complexity, and the method of presentation. Various online platforms have become an integral part of modern higher education, which provide access to educational resources and opportunities for skill development anywhere and at a convenient time. Examples of the most common platforms among higher education institutions were analyzed. Attention is focused on the fact that digital technologies are rapidly developing and the list of tools for learning is constantly increasing, which opens up opportunities for integration into the global educational process. The conclusions indicate that digital technologies have a significant impact on the quality of higher education in Ukraine, contributing to the modernization of educational processes, individualization of learning and increasing the accessibility of education. At the same time, the constant development of digital technologies requires all participants in the educational process to continuously improve their digital literacy and adapt to new conditions, to ensure high quality of the learning process.
