In modern strength sports, such as weightlifting, powerlifting and bodybuilding, the issues of optimizing the training process and reducing the risk of injury are extremely relevant. Pedagogical control plays a key role in ensuring the safety of athletes and increasing the effectiveness of training programs. Systematic monitoring of physiological indicators, such as heart rate, fatigue level and strength indicators, allows trainers to adjust the load in a timely manner, reducing the risk of overfatigue and injuries. Studies have shown that the use of pedagogical control significantly improves sports results and reduces the number of injuries among athletes. The conducted experiment confirmed that the integration of pedagogical control into the training process allows to achieve a significant increase in strength and endurance, and also reduces the risk of injuries by 30% compared to traditional methods without constant monitoring of the athlete's condition. Objective. Study of pedagogical control and its influence on the structure of training classes in strength sports. The main attention is paid to the study of methods that allow optimizing the training process to improve the physical results of athletes. Methods. A comprehensive analysis of scientific publications, observation of the training process, questionnaires of coaches and athletes, as well as statistical methods were used to evaluate the research results. The results. It was established that the implementation of systematic pedagogical control contributes to more effective planning and correction of the training process. Regular monitoring of the physical condition of athletes allows to achieve better results in strength sports. Conclusions. Pedagogical control is an important component in the structure of a training session, as it allows you to make timely adjustments to the load and increase the effectiveness of training. The structure of classes should be adaptive depending on the level of training of athletes.
