Abstract

The purpose of the article was to analyze the features of the introduction of innovative technologies into higher education in Ukraine, as well as to assess their impact on the effectiveness and quality of education. The work used general scientific research methods analysis, synthesis, deduction and induction. The results revealed that innovative technologies are the main driving force of progress and a powerful tool for qualitative assimilation of scientific knowledge in the modern world. Innovative training in higher education involves full or partial digitization of the educational process. Current trends in digitalization in higher education are e-learning, video learning, blockchain, big data, artificial intelligence, gamification, virtual and augmented reality, and social networks. One of the main ways of introducing innovations in education is the organization of blended learning, which combines classroom and distance learning. This form of education opens up opportunities for the internationalization of higher education institutions of Ukraine, which in turn contributes to the expansion of cultural understanding, the development of international partnerships in the field of education, as well as to the improvement of the quality of educational programs through the exchange of knowledge and ideas between different countries. Virtual and augmented reality technologies open wide prospects for the use of the latest advances in computer technology in higher education. Their wide use is appropriate when studying the most difficult topics and provides additional opportunities for in-depth learning of the material. Innovative technologies in higher education include interactive technologies, which are a special form of organizing cognitive activity. Problems associated with the introduction of innovative technologies in higher education are identified, including technological barriers, limited resources, and resistance from the academic community. The conclusions state that, despite the existing challenges, innovations in higher education contribute to the improvement of the quality of education, individualization of the educational process, and the development of students of the necessary skills for the labor market. Special attention should be paid to training teachers to work with innovative tools, as well as ensuring access to modern technological tools for all participants in the educational process.
