Abstract

The article deals with the key aspects of the implementation of alternative methods for the study of masters of the word, who are considered displaced from their period, implemented in the educational process for the purpose of studying the creativity of the participants of the resistance movement, in-depth consideration of the creativity of the key representatives of the literary generation of the thaw (better known as the generation of the sixties).

The study emphasizes the relevance and timeliness of using analytical and applied tools, in particular, media resources for the formation and development of critical thinking of students of secondary education. Attention is focused on the importance of improving the youth audience's understanding of the cultural and historical process in Ukraine under the pressure of totalitarianism and outside it, as well as the need for a contextual understanding of the modeling of the images of artists-fighters for freedom as the brightest representatives of art, culture and politics of the second half of the 20th century, not only in Ukraine, and in Europe.

In the scientific and methodical research, a case study of practical developments is proposed, containing intellectually searching, heuristic, interactive exercises and tasks with calls for actual media resources (we are talking about such forms of media resources, the media production of which involves a combination of various genres – virtual museums, media – encyclopedias, documentaries, film adaptations, media posters, comics, internet cartoons, memes, photo frogs, posts from social networks).

The basis for the mentioned methodical materials were media workshops that contribute to the involvement of students in the educational process and are designed to develop their ability to analyze and interpret fiction, personal literature, the literature of the resistance movement of the second half of the 20th century as a key literature that became the driving force for overcoming the regime and winning and restoring Independence.

The research gradually proved that analytical, creative, interactive exercises and tasks, in particular, those based on the creation of one's own media production, increase interest in art. And debates, events, creative platforms for discussions in social networks contribute to the activation of attention around complex historical contexts, become the basis for understanding Ukrainian as a unique cultural civilization within Europe, inseparable from it.

The obtained results directly indicate the need for further lobbying for media education in secondary education institutions, which can be ensured thanks to the synthesis of various types of arts, in particular, literature and media. In intelligence, what can be considered a contribution to the development of national media education and global media literacy was made. Innovative methods and techniques for integrating media-educational components into the study of Ukrainian literature as a prominent world literature are proposed.

The relevance of the research is determined by the active introduction of media in all spheres of the modern technocratic, information society, dictated by the extremely necessary preparation of young people for a critical perception of reality. The practical expediency of the research results lies in the fact that the methodical materials proposed in the survey can be used in the course of development on the independent, democratic basis of language and literature education. And it is also important in the process of introducing into the educational process the achievements of those generations of artists who were banned in the USSR, which is important for the European integration of Ukraine.
