Abstract

The purpose of the article turns into the disclosure of modern trends in the professional training of future teachers of the Ukrainian language and literature in higher education institutions of Ukraine. The main methods of research: analysis of scientific sources, systematization of information for the assessment of current trends in the modern professional training of future teachers of the Ukrainian language and literature in institutions of higher education. The results of the study revealed that the TOP-10 key trends in professional training include: competency-based approach, digitalization of education, inclusive education, interactive learning methods, practice-oriented learning, internationalization and academic mobility, reflective learning and introspection, development of soft skills ( soft skills), professional development in prolonging life and forming civic and national values. It was revealed that in order to implement modern trends in the professional training of future teachers of the Ukrainian language and literature in institutions of higher education, it is necessary to implement a number of strategies and practical approaches. then, the article outlines key ways that can be effective in this process. At the same time, outlining the ways to implement the software required the key tasks with which the professional training of future teachers of the Ukrainian language and literature in higher education institutions of Ukraine is achieved. Among them: insufficient funding, outdated curricula, insufficient practical orientation of professional training, the need to adapt to new requirements, the availability of innovative teaching methods, a shortage of qualified teachers, an unstable socio-political situation, conservative approaches in education, problems with communication between higher education institutions and schools, high . requirements for teachers. The conclusions revealed that the identified modern trends in the professional training of future teachers of the Ukrainian language and literature are aimed at the formation of a comprehensively developed personality capable of working effectively in a dynamic educational environment. The implementation of these trends will contribute to the improvement of the quality of education in Ukraine and the development of the Ukrainian language and culture.
