Abstract

Interactive technologies have an important place in the modern education system, especially in the context of higher education. Given the global digital transformation of society, the use of these technologies can significantly increase the effectiveness of education and the motivation of its students, contributing to an accessible explanation of complex processes and the development of critical and analytical thinking. The relevance of the study is stipulated by the need to introduce into the higher education system such approaches to learning that can significantly improve the research activities of universities. The purpose of the article is to study the application of interactive approaches to learning for the development of research skills of students of higher education in the conditions of globalization. In the research process, such methods as a review of relevant thematic scientific literature, an analysis of regulatory documents, as well as a comparison of interactive and traditional educational approaches were used. In addition, an analysis method was applied to identify the advantages of interactive learning and existing challenges, as well as a data systematization method to highlight key aspects of the study. The main results indicate a significant impact of interactive technologies on the development of research competence of future professionals. They facilitate deep interaction with educational materials, which increases the interest of students and allows them to adapt learning to their scientific needs. The use of progressive tools in the educational process allows us to comprehend the depth of scientific activity, study complex objects, and integrate digital elements into learning. However, there are also problems in this area: the need for a significant amount of time for teacher and student training, consideration of a small amount of information over a long period of time, reduced control over the depth of study of the educational material, difficulty in controlling discipline in the classroom, and less predictable student performance. The conclusions of the study emphasize the need to support the digitalization of education at the state level to ensure access to these technologies, as well as to improve the skills of teachers. Further research may be associated with identifying methods that will contribute to the successful formation of research skills, a harmonious combination of values and professional qualities that determine the determination of the individual in conducting research activities and solving professional problems.
