During training, it is important not only to transfer professional knowledge and skills to students, but also to form ethical principles in them, according to which they should act in their further activities. The formation of professional etiquette is part of the general development of the personality of a future lawyer, which includes ethical and moral education, as well as preparation for practical work. Methods. He respects the rights and dignity of other people, clearly adheres to the principles of justice, objectivity and impartiality, which are the main features of legal activity.
In the process of training students in legal specialties, an important role is played by the academic environment, which creates conditions for the development of professional etiquette. Students must not only master theoretical knowledge of law, but also form the skills of correct communication, ethical behavior and professional responsibility. Results. Teachers of legal disciplines are key figures in the process of forming professional etiquette. They must not only transfer knowledge of legal norms to students, but also monitor their behavior, providing feedback on compliance with ethical norms. An important aspect is practical classes, where students learn to interact with other participants in the educational process, in particular, through modeling various situations that may arise in legal practice.
Conclusions. Law students should understand that their professional etiquette is formed not only through theoretical knowledge, but also through moral and ethical principles that they acquire in the process of interacting with colleagues, teachers and other representatives of the academic environment. An important component of this process is the development of such qualities as responsibility, discipline, the ability to think critically and objectively, which allows students to realize the importance of ethics and morality in their future profession.
