Formation of information and analytical competence of bachelors in the field of law: modern approaches and methods

Abstract

The topic of this article, the formation of information-analytical competence in law undergraduates, is extremely relevant in the context of contemporary challenges, particularly the rapid digitalization, development of information technologies, and changes in the legal environment. The importance of this competence for future lawyers is determined by the need to effectively process, analyze, and use large volumes of legal information, which is critical for making well-founded legal decisions. Information-analytical competence includes a number of key skills, such as the ability to work with information resources, use analytical methods to solve legal tasks, and formulate conclusions based on a comprehensive analysis of legal documents, judicial practices, and legislative norms.
