The article explores the use of interactive teaching methods as one of the key tools for developing the project competence of future educators. In modern pedagogical education, interactive methods serve as effective means of fostering professional competencies, as they encourage active student engagement in the learning process, facilitate interaction among participants in the educational process, and develop skills in collaboration, analysis, and problem-solving. Special attention is given to analyzing the role of interactive technologies in forming project competence, which is a crucial component of professional training for future educators. This competence includes the ability to plan, organize, implement, and evaluate educational projects.
The study examines key interactive methods, including case studies, brainstorming, project-based learning, small group work, role-playing, debates, and others. These methods not only provide students with theoretical knowledge but also enable them to develop practical skills and competencies. The pedagogical potential of interactive learning is revealed in the context of preparing educators for project activities, as well as its impact on the development of such essential qualities as creativity, initiative, responsibility, and teamwork skills.
The article analyzes current research in the field of interactive learning and pedagogical project activities. It provides recommendations for integrating interactive methods into the pedagogical education system to enhance the preparation of future teachers for organizing project activities in the context of educational reforms. The findings of the study can be utilized by higher education instructors, practicing educators, and researchers focusing on interactive learning and the development of professional competencies in future educators.
