Abstract

Relevance. In modern life, where sedentary lifestyles and health issues are prevalent in society, integrating health-preserving technologies into physical education programs takes on special significance for ensuring the holistic well-being of individuals. Against the backdrop of growing concerns about sedentary behavior and lifestyle-related diseases, the implementation of health-preserving technologies in physical education programs is becoming increasingly relevant. This study emphasizes the importance of leveraging technological advancements to enhance the effectiveness and relevance of physical education initiatives in fostering habits of physical activity and overall well-being.

The purpose of the article is to analyze and evaluate various methods of integrating health-preserving technologies into physical education programs, identify their effectiveness, challenges, and consequences for increasing physical activity, health, and well-being among the population.

During the research, the following methods were utilized: literature analysis, systematization, and scientific abstraction.

Results. Through comprehensive research and literature review, this article illuminates various strategies for integrating health-preserving technologies into physical education curricula. It explores the use of portable devices, mobile applications, virtual reality simulations, and gamification methods to engage and motivate youth towards physical activity. Additionally, the effectiveness of incorporating data analysis and personalized feedback mechanisms is underscored for adapting physical education sessions according to individual needs and preferences.

Conclusions. The obtained results confirm the potential of integrating health-preserving technologies to transform traditional models of physical education and health-promoting activities. The utilization of such technologies enables educators to create an active, interactive, and personalized learning environment that caters to various learning styles and promotes continuous engagement in physical activity. Furthermore, these initiatives have the potential to instill a lifelong habit of healthy living in youth, thereby reducing the risk of lifestyle-related diseases.
