Abstract

The purpose of the study is to analyze and implement innovative approaches to organizing distance learning in higher education institutions of Ukraine, which will contribute to improving the quality of education through the use of digital platforms, interactive methods, personalized learning, and the latest educational technologies. Special emphasis is placed on the development of virtual environments that allow adapting the educational process to modern challenges. Methods: the study is based on a systematic analysis of modern digital platforms, such as Moodle, Google Classroom, and Zoom, which are actively used in distance learning. Methods of comparison, observation and pedagogical experiment are used to determine the effectiveness of interactive methods, in particular gamification, case methods and online discussions. Results: the study showed that the integration of digital platforms into the educational process significantly increases the effectiveness of interaction between teachers and students. In particular, the use of interactive methods, such as virtual laboratories, online quizzes and joint projects, contributed to improving the level of material acquisition. Personalized learning, implemented through adaptive learning management systems, made it possible to take into account the individual needs and pace of each student, which had a positive impact on their academic achievements. Virtual environments, such as virtual campuses and simulation programs, created conditions for the active involvement of students in the educational process and the development of practical skills. Conclusions: the results of the study confirm that innovative approaches to the organization of distance learning in higher education institutions of Ukraine, which are based on the use of digital platforms, interactive methods, personalized learning and virtual environments, contribute to improving the quality of education, its accessibility and flexibility. To further improve distance learning, it is advisable to provide systematic support for teachers in the development of educational technologies, as well as to activate the development of the digital infrastructure of higher education institutions.
