The article discusses the main aspects of conflict management in the field of physical culture and sports. The need to introduce new approaches and tools to optimize the functioning of physical culture and sports facilities, which will contribute to the effective resolution of conflict situations, is emphasized. The analysis of the literature revealed an insufficient number of studies in this field, especially regarding the methods of stress resistance formation and interpersonal relationship management. Introduction. Modern challenges in the field of physical culture and sports require improvement of approaches to solving conflicts that often arise in the field of physical culture and sports, sports clubs or teams. These conflicts can have a significant impact on the effectiveness of activities, the psychological microclimate in the team and the overall quality of training of athletes.
The relevance of the problem is due to the growing tension in interpersonal relationships, the need to develop stress resistance in the participants of the sports process and create mechanisms for effective response to conflicts. The purpose of the study. The purpose of the work is the analysis and generalization of theoretical approaches to the concept of "conflict" in the field of physical culture and sports, as well as the development of recommendations for increasing the stress resistance of the contingent in sports in order to minimize conflict situations in social groups. Research materials and methods. To achieve the goal, modern general scientific and special methods were used: Comparative-historical analysis - to study foreign and domestic experience of conflict management and formation of stress resistance. Analysis and synthesis - for the study of theoretical and methodological approaches to conflict management in the field of physical culture and sports. Research results. Causes of conflicts in sports activities: Interpersonal conflicts: arise due to contradictions between team members, coaches or administration. Intergroup conflicts: for example, between athletes and coaches or between management and coaching staff. Personal characteristics of the participants in the process: individual character traits or emotional instability. Non-compliance with expectations: financial support, training conditions or behavior of team members.
The role of conflicts in the development of physical culture and sports: Conflicts can perform both a negative function (disorganization, emotional exhaustion) and a positive one (stimulation to improve processes, solving hidden problems).
Conclusions. Conflict in the field of physical culture and sports is defined as a clash of opposing interests, opinions or goals, accompanied by emotional tension and arising due to a lack of mutual understanding between the participants of this process. The development of methods of conflict management and the formation of stress resistance among participants of physical culture and sports activities are key areas of optimization of activities in the field of physical culture and sports.
