Information technologies in the context of formation of communicative competence of future bachelors of law

Abstract

The article examines the influence of information technologies on the formation of communicative competence of future bachelors of law. The role and importance of IT in the educational process in legal higher education institutions is analyzed, studying how the latest technological tools affect the effectiveness of education and the development of professional communication skills of students, in particular, their ability to effectively communicate legally in professional contexts. The purpose of the study is to consider the possibilities of information technologies in the context of the formation of communicative competence of future bachelors of law. Methods. In the course of the research, carefully selected theoretical methods were used, which include the analysis of scientific literature and the comparative method. These methods made it possible to deeply assess the role and significance of information technologies in the process of forming communicative competences. Special attention was paid to the analysis of the existing models of the use of IT tools in legal education, their impact on the structure of the educational process and the effectiveness of student communication in professional contexts. The results. The results of the study clearly demonstrate that the integration of information technologies into the educational process significantly increases its effectiveness, especially through the use of interactive platforms, multimedia presentations and simulations. These tools not only improve the perception of educational material, but also significantly increase the involvement of students in the educational process, stimulating their activity and critical thinking. The use of multimedia and simulations helps students understand complex legal concepts and develop effective communication skills in real professional situations, thus preparing them for a successful career in law. Conclusions. The study confirms that information technologies play a critically important role in the formation of the communicative competence of future bachelors of law, providing significant advantages in the form of improved learning of material and the development of critical thinking and professional communication skills. However, the study also shows that in order to achieve the maximum benefit from the use of these technologies, a number of significant challenges must be overcome. Among them is an increase in the level of technical competence of teachers, which involves their additional education and training for the effective use of IT in the educational process. It is also critically important to ensure equal access of all students to IT resources, which includes adequate funding and organizational support at the level of educational institutions. These steps will make it possible to fully realize the potential of information technologies in legal education, significantly increasing the quality of training of future lawyers.
